Stool Makeover

Remember this guy? I bought him a few weeks ago. Don't get too excited - I haven't done anything with it (yet), but I did do a little research. I paid only $40 for this cutie, and have thoroughly enjoyed finding very similar ones for anywhere between $1200 -$3800 on 1st dibs.. This amazing pair is on 1st dibs - but is actually for sale at Jean Marc Fray - a beautiful store in Austin that I pass every single day. In fact, they are sitting prettily in the window waiting for someone to take them home...

Love the red orange leather. I am thinking my "x" stool might even have a tufted top - perhaps out of leather or velvet. Sexy!!

These are not similar to mine, but fun nonetheless!!
